CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hitfit – The Hitfit experience: a full-body, self-paced workout involving punching the bag and bodyweight exercises.

Hitfit Contact – Participate in contact boxing partner drills and conditioned sparring. Please speak with a coach prior to attending.

Joeys – Our children's boxing session for Under 8's, featuring boxing fundamentals and technique, combined with fun, game-based activities.

Juniors – Our children's boxing session for adolescent ages that covers all boxing skills, movements, and principles through individual and team activities.
